We use the Monster Insights plugin which works with Google to keep track of customer user of our website. It does not collect any personal information.

Clients complete a questionnaire with me and a short interview before any coaching begins, this information is stored on my laptop and in a locked filing cabinet.

I limit access to your data to employees, contractors and third parties who need to know such data and all are subject to a duty of confidentiality. I have also put in place procedures to deal with any data breach and will notify you and the applicable regulator where we are legally required to do so.
